Mélissa Levaillant holds a Research Master in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and wrote her dissertation on India's foreign policy towards Iran. She also earned an MA degree from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, where she focused on insurgencies in South Asia. She is currently pursuing a Phd at Science Po Paris on India’s foreign policy towards the Gulf states, and her project is funded by the French Ministry of Defense. She is a junior researcher at the Institut de Recherche Strategique de l'Ecole Militaire (IRSEM), and a contributor to the Network of Researchers in International Affairs (noria-research.com).
