MEI Corporate Membership

By supporting the Middle East Institute (MEI), corporate members enable us to continue educational activities that improve understanding of the Middle East among national leaders and opinion makers in Washington and across the United States. Language training, scholarly research, and expertise available to US government officials and the mass media are elements of our national strength and international reputation, and are sustained by your generous help.
As part of our mission, "to promote knowledge of the Middle East in America and strengthen understanding of the United States by the people and governments of the region," a key activity of the Middle East Institute is building bridges between corporations in the United States and the Middle East. We maintain strong relationships with the US Commerce Department, US State Department, US Trade Representative, and regional Chambers of Commerce.
Under the auspices of MEI, corporate members receive private briefings from US ambassadors to the region, administration officials, Capitol Hill staff, the media, as well as MEI experts. A corporate advisory board assures that MEI programs address the interests of corporate members.
