Registration Fees - Languages & Regional Studies

Please add the appropriate fee below. The registration fee is waived for MEI Full Members (and higher), as well as for all students who have paid a registration fee within the previous 364 days.
If you need to rollover your tuition from a previous term, please pay the appropriate rollover fee online, then contact the language department to register for your class.
Non-Member Registration Fee
If you are registering for a language course but are not an MEI member and do not wish to become one, you should pay this fee.
Subscriber Registration Fee
If you are either an MEI Student Subscriber or Individual Subscriber (formerly known as an Associate Member), or are purchasing either type of Subscription with your course(s), then you should add this discounted registration fee instead of the Non-Member registration fee.
Waive Registration Fee - Current MEI Member
Current MEI members (Full Membership and above) receive a complete fee waiver.
Waive Registration Fee - Tutoring & Courses through USIP
If you are only registering for tutoring, the registration fee is waived. In addition, off-site courses, such as those through USIP, do not require a registration fee.
Waive Registration Fee - Already Paid in Last 364 Days
The registration fee is only required once per year. If you have paid in the last 364 days, select this waiver.
Rollover Fee (Early)
For students who submitted their written request to rollover before or within the first week of classes, the rollover fee is $45.
Rollover Fee (Late)
For students who submitted their written request after the first week of classes, the rollover fee is $55.
