
MEI is delighted to welcome Arab News’ Editor-in-Chief Khaled Al-Maeena to discuss recent trends in Saudi Arabia. He will offer his insight into political reforms in Saudi Arabia, Gulf security, the status of the press in the Kingdom, and his outlook on future developments in the region.
Khaled Al-Maeena is a well-known Saudi PR consultant, media personality, editor and journalist. Mr. Al-Maeena has been the Editor-in-Chief of Arab News for over fifteen years and has many media and diplomatic achievements including representing the Saudi media at important Arab summit meetings and serving as a diplomatic delegate to the People's Republic of China and Russia after diplomatic relations between the Kingdom and those countries were established. Mr. Al Maeena has also worked as an anchor for Saudi TV and as CEO of the Saudi Public Relations Company (SPRC). Mr. Al-Maeena is a regular political and social columnist for Gulf News - Dubai, Asharq Al-Awsat, Al-Eqtisadiah, Arab News, Times of Oman, Asian Age and The China Post and has been a commentator on CNN, Star News, and CBS.
