Kay Larcom is a member of the Washington, D.C. team for ConocoPhillips, the third largest integrated energy company in the U.S. She is responsible for international issues important to the company, working to support business units primarily in Middle East/North Africa, Russia/Caspian and Central Asia, and West Africa. She serves as the point person for related industry and regional associations. Ms. Larcom is the president of the US-Venezuela Business Council and serves on the board of the US-Libya Business Association, and on the International Policy Committee of the US Chamber of Commerce.
Kay joined the heritage Conoco Washington, D.C. office as Director of Federal Affairs in 2000. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Kay worked as an international government affairs specialist for several Washington-based organizations, including the US-Russia Business Council and the US Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the Foreign Service School of Georgetown University.
